We are currently hiring for the following positions in the Kansas City area. Join our team and help children with autism achieve their full potential.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

RBTs work directly with children to implement ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about making a hands-on difference in children's lives.

Qualifications

  • Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT)
  • Experience working with children and/or adolescents
  • High school or equivalent (Required)
  • Bachelors in related field (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in-home and community-based environments
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
  • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions to monitor progress
  • Provide regular verbal and written progress updates

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

BCBAs lead therapy programs, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs. This role offers professional autonomy and the opportunity to shape clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
  • Behavior Specialist License or LBA from the states of NJ or MO
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
  • Experience in the field of ABA working with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities

Responsibilities

  • Developing and monitoring behavior support plans and individualized treatment plans
  • Provide training and instruction to parents on behavioral strategies and implementing ABA teaching methods in the home
  • Work 1:1 with children and young adults by applying and implementing behavior analytical techniques at in-home environment
  • Complete accurate and timely reports
  • Manage a team of RBTs and collaborate with other BCBAs to develop these programs
