Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
RBTs work directly with children to implement ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about making a hands-on difference in children's lives.
Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT)
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Bachelors in related field (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in-home and community-based environments
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions to monitor progress
- Provide regular verbal and written progress updates
